Common Workflows

Processing a Loan Application

1. Go to the Loan Management dashboard.
2. Select Record New Loan Request.
3. Choose the member profile. The system will auto-calculate their maximum borrowing limits based on active savings balances.
4. Input the loan amount, interest rate model, and number of repayment installments.
5. Attach guarantor details and collateral verification files.
6. Click Submit to Committee. The system routes the application for approval signatures.
