MaintiGRI is the proprietary Facility and Infrastructure Maintenance Management System of GRICOSIG. It is designed to manage scheduled preventive maintenance, corrective breakdown repairs, utility audits, and energy integrations.

Core Features

  • Preventive Maintenance Scheduler: Set up recurring maintenance cycles (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for facilities, HVAC, electrical, and structural inspections.
  • Corrective Ticket Desk: Real-time logging of emergency breakdowns (e.g., plumbing leaks, structural cracks) with status tracking from "Reported" to "Resolved."
  • Utility & Energy Auditing: Log and track water, power, and solar consumption levels to optimize facility operating costs.
  • Onsite Checklist Verification: Interactive checklist templates for maintenance teams to sign off during onsite inspections.

Common Workflows

Scheduling a Preventive Inspection

  1. Navigate to the Schedules panel.
  2. Select Create New Schedule.
  3. Choose the target facility, frequency (e.g., Monthly), and assign the technical inspector.
  4. Attach the corresponding inspection checklist (e.g., HVAC Checklist).
  5. Save the schedule. The system will auto-notify the technician on the target date.
