TenderGRI is the proprietary Quantity Surveying, BOQ Cost Estimation, and Tendering Automation system of GRICOSIG. It structures bid preparations, material take-offs, and tender evaluations in alignment with engineering rules.

Common Workflows

Creating a Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

  1. Select Create Project BOQ in the dashboard.
  2. Group the items into standard structural sections (e.g., Substructure, Frame, Finishes).
  3. Input the items, quantities, and unit descriptions.
  4. Apply the unit rates from your cost database or enter custom rates.
  5. Save the document. Export as a client-ready PDF or raw Excel format.
