TraceGRI

TraceGRI is the proprietary Technical Drawing Verification and Blueprint Revision Tracking system of GRICOSIG. It provides structural engineers, architects, project managers, and clients with a secure environment to review, stamp, and track revisions of engineering blueprints.

  • Version-Controlled Drawing Vault: Keep a clean history of drawing revisions (e.g., Rev 0, Rev 1, Rev 2) without overwriting historical records.
  • Verification & Review Workflows: Structural engineers can stamp drawings as "Approved," "Approved with Comments," or "Rejected - Re-submit."
  • Client & Site Sharing: Securely share approved drawing revisions with site construction teams to prevent outdated plans from being built.
  • Verification Logs: Cryptographic audit trails tracking who reviewed, approved, and downloaded each drawing set.

Common Workflows

Verifying a Blueprint Revision

  1. Navigate to the Drawings Inbox.
  2. Select the submitted drawing file (PDF or CAD package).
  3. Review the structural design details.
  4. Click Submit Review and choose the approval status (e.g., Approved with Comments).
  5. Upload the annotated review drawing and log comments.
  6. The system will notify the draftsman and lock the revision in the vault.
