PollectGRI is the proprietary Enterprise-Level Election and Authenticated Polling Portal of GRICOSIG. It is designed to host secure, audited, and fraud-free digital voting for schools, clubs, professional associations, and corporate boards.

Common Workflows

Launching an Election

1. Go to the Elections Manager panel.
2. Select Create New Ballot.
3. Input the candidate names, designations, and optional profile pictures.
4. Import the voter registry (CSV format containing voter names and authenticated email/phone numbers).
5. Set the Start and End times of the election.
6. Click Publish and Send Invites. The system will notify voters with their secure single-use voting tokens.
